The process of urbanization that occurred in the country has given rise to negative effects in countries such as Malaysia. Major cities in countries such as Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia receive the effects of urbanization is occurring

The number of vehicles has increased air pollution and noise pollution occurred in the City of Kuala Lumpur, gases such as carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, sulfur oxides, hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides emitted from vehicles have caused air pollution in the cities. Gases released into the air is not only pollute the air but will exacerbate the heat island phenomenon happening in the city as a result of rising temperatures that occur in the air.


The number of vehicles on the road too much noise, generated resulting noise pollution occurs. This situation harassing people, especially to those who live close to the road or highway. 



City also contaminated with garbage disposal is not managed for its residents. Klang River in Kuala Lumpur city into a garbage disposal, resulting in contaminated water.  Water pollution also occurs due to domestic waste and industrial wastes. The increase in population and increase in the number of plants will exacerbate this situation.
